If you want to achieve a deeper knowledge of the wine culture, discover our winery and vineyards, know a little more about our wines and enjoy a nice moment, do not hesitate and visit us! During our visits, we do our best to show the passion we feel regarding the vinification process and what is hiding behind it. To do so, our staff will guide you through a special and unique experience.
We are included in the Ruta do Viño Rías Baixas, a route designed by the D.O. Rías Baixas to promote the wine heritage in this area.
Our winery has different certifications, nationally recognised, that co-sign that we provide a quality, professional and safe service. Some of them are the “Q de Calidad Turística” and the “SICTED”.
In addition to that, Señorío de Rubiós has been certified as a fully accessible winery for people with reduced mobility.
Our winery offers two kinds of visits: the first one is intended for the general public that want to have a nice moment while knowing the vinification process with a final tasting. The second type is more specialised, is attended by our winemaker and includes a technical tasting.
Visitors can choose the most suitable option according to their preferences and needs. Besides that, if you are looking for something different, we are always ready for new suggestions!

GENERAL VISIT

Guided tour through our vineyards and winery while explaining the vinification process. The visitor will discover our winery and the environment and, at the same time, he or she will gain more knowledge about wine culture.

Apart from visiting the vineyards next to the winery, we will go across the different areas of the complex to learn about each phase of the production and the vinification. Some of these areas are the tank and barrel rooms, the bottling line and the tasting room. This experience includes a tasting with three of our wines.

This visit is intended for all types of public.

IMPORTANT

Times can be modified on an exceptional basis for large groups or in case of customized visits.

PARKING: the winery offers a private parking for visitors (17 spaces for cars, one of them for people with reduced mobility). In addition, in the surroundings there is a wide area to park.

Guided tour through the vineyards and the winery while explaining the vinification process of our wines in detail.

Apart from visiting some of our vineyards to learn about the soil, the orientation of the terroir… we will go across the different areas of the winery to explain in detail each phase of the production and the vinification. Some of these areas are the tank and barrel rooms, the bottling line and the tasting room where the visitor will enjoy a technical tasting of three white wines, three red ones and one sparkling.

This visit is intended for those people skilled in wine culture who want to acquire a deeper knowledge about our winery and wines.
